Bets & chips
How do I place a bet?
Tap or click the chips along the bottom of the table to add them to the bet circle. When your bet is ready, use Deal. Your available chips and the table's minimum and maximum bet determine which amounts you can place.

Tap or click the chips already in the center bet circle to return that bet to your bankroll. Then select a new amount from the chips at the bottom of the table.

Tap or click the displayed bankroll amount to bet as much as is currently allowed, up to the table's maximum bet. If you have fewer chips than that maximum, it uses your available bankroll.

Open Get free chips from the table's $ control or from Settings. In the free version, Restore bank balance adds enough chips to bring your total back to your initial bankroll when it has fallen below that amount. The button is unavailable while you are already at or above it.
Pro lets you add free chips repeatedly, up to the amount offered on the Get free chips screen each time. A rating, review, or tip is not required to receive the available free chips.

Pro includes configurable table limits: a maximum bet up to $1,000,000 and an initial bankroll up to $1,000,000. In Settings, open Table Rules for bet limits and Bankroll → Initial bankroll for the starting amount. These are separate settings; changing one does not automatically change the other.

Where is the Basic Strategy chart?
Open Settings → Basic Strategy → Basic Strategy table. The chart helps you compare decisions against Basic Strategy. Pro adds statistics, a strategy errors log, and focused training hands.
Link to this answerCan the app help me learn card counting?
Yes. Pro includes Hi-Lo and Knockout (KO) counting tools under Settings → Card Counting Strategy. Counting is unavailable with a continuous shuffling machine (CSM), and the app's Basic Strategy recommendations do not change with the count.
Link to this answerCan I match a particular casino's table rules?
Pro lets you change rules such as deck count, soft-17 behavior, blackjack payout, splitting, surrender, and betting limits in Settings → Table Rules. Casino rules vary by table; the app's defaults are not a claim to match any particular casino. Check your selected rules before comparing strategy or results.
Link to this answerWhy does the dealer seem to win so often? Is the game rigged?
Losing streaks can happen even with a shuffled shoe. Blackjack's normal play does not depend on making you lose: chips are free, and no real-money wagers are made in the app. Your hit, stand, split, and double choices affect which cards are dealt next.
For a different experience, Luck Booster can deliberately improve your odds. Turn it off to play without that boost. Pro also offers tools to inspect or edit the shoe; those are cheats, not normal casino play.
Link to this answerCan I use taps, swipes, or clicks instead of the action buttons?
Yes. Open Settings → Game Play → Tap/swipe deal actions on iPhone or iPad, or Click/key deal actions on Mac. The in-app explanation shows the current shortcuts for Deal, Hit, Stay, Double, and split hands. Action buttons remain available if you prefer them.

What does Pro include? Is it a subscription?
Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. It removes ads and unlocks repeatable free-chip top-ups, card counting, more table rules, strategy training and statistics, higher chip values, and additional gameplay and appearance settings. Open Settings → Pro upgrade to see the current price and full feature list before buying.
Pro access depends on an active, eligible Apple purchase. If a purchase is refunded or revoked, its Pro features are no longer available.
Link to this answerI bought Pro, but ads or locked features are back. How do I restore it?
- Use the same Apple Account for App Store purchases that made the original purchase.
- In Blackjack, open Settings → Pro upgrade and tap Restore. You can try Restore even when new purchases are restricted on the device.
- If the purchase is not found, check your Apple purchase history and contact support with the purchase date and any error message.
Do not buy Pro again just to troubleshoot. Avoid sending passwords, payment-card numbers, or the full purchase receipt by email.
Link to this answerWhat is Legacy Pro, and why does it still show ads?
Legacy Pro is an older status for people who originally downloaded Blackjack before version 3.0. It retains premium gameplay features but does not include ad removal, because no Ad-Free purchase was made. Buying the current Pro upgrade removes ads.
Legacy status is tied to the existing installation; deleting and reinstalling the app can remove that status. If you already bought the current Pro upgrade, use Restore instead of buying again.
Link to this answerHow can I remove ads?
The Pro upgrade removes all app ads. Open Settings → Pro upgrade for details and Apple's purchase sheet. If you previously purchased Pro and ads have returned, restore your purchase. A tip is optional and is not the same as buying Pro.

Where can I review privacy and advertising choices?
Read the Blackjack Privacy Policy. Where required, Settings → Privacy choices lets you review advertising consent. Apple's Tracking permission is a separate system choice; you can decline it.
Link to this answerHow do I contact support?
In the app, open Settings → Feedback → Fix/improve it. If email is not set up on that device, write to support@fortuisoft.com.
Include your app version, device and system version, what you expected, what happened, and the steps to reproduce it. For purchase issues, include the purchase date and the exact message shown by the app, but no passwords or payment details. A screenshot can help.
