This policy explains how Fortuisoft LLC handles information when you use the Blackjack – Vegas Casino Real app. The app does not require an account. It is a casino-style game that uses virtual chips only and does not offer real-money wagering or prizes.
The app stores preferences and game information on your device, including your virtual-chip bankroll and wagers, table rules and other settings, the current game and remaining shoe, statistics, Strategy Errors history, and records needed to restore purchases and prevent duplicate purchase delivery. This information is used to run and restore the app. You can reset available game data, statistics, or settings inside the app. Deleting the app from an iPhone or iPad removes its local app data; offloading the app does not. On Mac, moving the application to the Trash may leave preferences and other app data stored separately. Exports you saved elsewhere and device backups may also remain.
The free iPhone and iPad version uses Google Mobile Ads with Unity Ads as a mediation partner. The Unity integration also includes Unity Ad Quality, an advertising-quality component. The Mac version does not request ads.
Depending on your location, choices, and device settings, Google, Unity, and their advertising partners may process device and SDK-assigned identifiers, IP address, general location inferred from IP address, advertisements viewed and ad interactions, app usage, purchase history or purchase tendencies, and diagnostic and performance information. They may also process device characteristics such as language, model, screen size, and connection type. This information is used to provide and measure ads, analyze and improve advertising services, prevent fraud, and personalize or limit ads. Some information may be associated with your device or an identifier assigned by an advertising service, even though Blackjack does not require an account.
Where required, the app asks for advertising consent using Google's User Messaging Platform before requesting ads. On supported Apple devices, the app may also ask for App Tracking Transparency permission for tracking across other companies' apps and websites. You can review available advertising privacy choices from Settings > Privacy choices when that option is available for your device. If an external ad cannot be requested or is unavailable, the free app may show its own Pro promotion instead. Purchasing the Pro upgrade removes ads from the iPhone and iPad app; crash reporting and the other non-advertising features described in this policy may continue.

The app uses Sentry to identify crashes and technical problems. Diagnostic reports may include app and operating-system versions, device model, session information, crash traces, and limited diagnostic breadcrumbs describing navigation, game state, wallet and settlement operations, split-hand flow, purchases, persistence, or other operations near an error. For advertising problems, these may include the ad network or adapter, error codes, loading times, banner dimensions, and whether the device appears online or offline. These reports are not intended to contain payment-card information or the content of email you send to us.

The Pro upgrade and optional tips are processed by Apple. Fortuisoft does not receive your payment-card details. The app receives product, transaction, ownership, entitlement, and delivery information needed to complete purchases, restore or revoke the Pro upgrade, and prevent a consumable purchase from being delivered more than once.

If you choose to email us from the app, your email provider sends the address, message, and attachments you choose to include. The app adds its version, Pro status, device platform or model, and operating-system version to the email subject so we can support your request. We use that information to respond to you and support the app.
If you choose to report an advertisement through an advertising partner's reporting controls, that partner may collect information about the ad and your report to investigate and respond to it.
If you choose to export statistics, the app prepares the information on your device and lets you save it to Files or copy it to the clipboard. The information is shared only when and where you direct.
If you open an external webpage from the app, such as a blackjack reference or card-counting guide, the website may receive information such as your IP address and browser or device information and may use cookies or similar technologies. Those websites have their own privacy policies.
Information is processed by the advertising partners and service providers described above to operate the relevant features, when you direct us to share it, or when required by law. On-device game data remains until it is reset or removed, subject to the platform, export, and backup limitations described above. Google, Unity, Apple, and Sentry retain information according to their applicable policies, operational and legal needs, and your privacy choices. Their policies explain how to exercise available access, deletion, and other privacy rights.
Blackjack – Vegas Casino Real is not directed to children under 13, and Fortuisoft does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through an account or registration system. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can address it.
You can change Apple tracking permission in the iOS or iPadOS Settings app, review available advertising choices in Blackjack settings, purchase Pro to remove ads, reset available game data, statistics, or settings inside the app, choose whether to email us, report an ad, open an external webpage, or export information, and remove local app data as described above. Deleting the app does not automatically delete information already held by advertising partners or service providers; use their privacy-policy links or contact us for help with a request.
We may update this policy when the app or its service providers change. The date above identifies the latest revision.
