Your app license
TalkingAlarm is licensed under Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA), without modification. Fortuisoft does not provide a custom EULA for TalkingAlarm.
The purchase and alarm-use information below is provided for your reference. It does not supplement, amend, or replace Apple's standard EULA.
TalkingAlarm Pro purchases
TalkingAlarm offers free features and optional Pro access. The purchase screen shows the features, price, subscription period, and any trial available to you before you confirm a purchase. Apple processes payments through your Apple Account.
Annual Pro: A one-year subscription that renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple charges the price shown when you confirm the purchase or when a free trial converts to a paid subscription.
Free trials: If offered and you are eligible, the trial converts to a paid annual subscription unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. The purchase screen shows the trial length and subsequent subscription price.
Existing subscription pricing: Your subscription rate will not change as long as your subscription remains active.
Pro Forever: A one-time purchase of Pro access, not a subscription. It does not renew or create recurring charges. If you are upgrading from an annual subscription, cancel its auto-renewal first; the app enables the upgrade after Apple reports that change.
Cancellation, restoration, and refunds
Manage or cancel a subscription in your device's Settings → your name → Subscriptions → TalkingAlarm. Deleting TalkingAlarm does not cancel a subscription. Canceling renewal normally leaves paid access available until the current paid period ends; Apple shows the applicable expiration date. See Apple's cancellation instructions.
To recover an eligible purchase after reinstalling or on another device, use Restore Purchases on TalkingAlarm's Pro screen while signed in with the Apple Account used for the purchase.
For purchases billed by Apple, request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple handles refund requests under its policies and applicable law. See Apple's refund instructions.
Using TalkingAlarm as an alarm
For automatic announcements, selected music, and EZWake, leave TalkingAlarm's clock visible in the foreground with the screen unlocked. Keep your device powered and check the alarm, volume, and audio output settings.
To receive alarms while the screen is locked or another app is open, enable Background Alarms in TalkingAlarm and grant the required system permissions. This feature requires Pro. Background Alarms play an alarm sound; open TalkingAlarm to continue with announcements and selected music. They do not run EZWake or automatically bring the clock onscreen.
Test your setup before relying on it. No alarm app can guarantee delivery in every circumstance; use an independent backup alarm when missing an alarm would have serious consequences. See the TalkingAlarm FAQs for setup and troubleshooting.
