This policy explains how Fortuisoft LLC handles information when you use the Solitaire – No Ads! app. The app does not require an account and does not use third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.
The app stores settings, statistics, and saved games on your device to run and restore your games.
When you use online game services, the app sends installation identifiers, app and device information, gameplay activity, game information, and Pro purchase status to Fortuisoft. We use this information to operate the game catalog, analyze gameplay, and improve the games. If you answer an optional difficulty-feedback request, your response is sent with the related game information.
The app automatically sends crash, performance, and other diagnostic information to Sentry, including reports obtained through Apple's MetricKit. Reports may contain device or installation identifiers, game information, IP addresses, and approximate location inferred from the internet connection. The app may use ipify to obtain its public IP address for network diagnostics. We use these reports to diagnose problems and maintain app and service reliability. Identifiers allow reports from the same installation or device to be associated.
Apple processes the Pro upgrade. The app uses purchase information to provide and restore Pro features. Fortuisoft does not receive your payment-card details.

If you email us, we receive your email address, message, any attachments, and app and device information included in the message. We use this information to respond and provide support.
We share information with service providers for the purposes described above, when you request it, or when required by law. We require service providers to protect your information consistently with this policy and Apple's privacy requirements. We do not sell your personal information.
We retain collected information for as long as needed to operate, improve, and support the app or meet legal obligations. On-device information remains until you reset it or delete the app. Deleting the app does not automatically delete information already sent to our servers or service providers.
You may skip difficulty feedback or select Stop asking me to disable future prompts. This does not disable automatic gameplay or diagnostic reporting. You can reset available statistics and settings or delete the app's local information by deleting the app.
To request deletion of information we hold or withdrawal of consent, email support@fortuisoft.com. We may need information to identify the relevant records and verify your request.
