This policy explains how Fortuisoft LLC handles information when you use the Solitaire – No Ads! app. The app does not require an account and does not use third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.
The app stores preferences and game information on your device, including settings, statistics, saved games, move and Undo history, game-preview images, cached game catalogs, and information needed to restore hints or certified games. This information is used to run and restore the app. You can remove it by deleting the app; statistics and some settings can also be reset inside the app.
The app downloads curated Klondike catalog information and game packs from Fortuisoft servers. To operate and improve that service, the app may send a randomly generated app-install identifier together with technical and gameplay information such as the app version and build, platform, operating-system version, device model, ruleset, catalog and difficulty bucket, catalog supply counts, deal identifier, game outcome and elapsed time, and counts of moves, Undo, Hint, Do It, and Stock use.
The app may ask for optional feedback about the difficulty or winnability of a Klondike game. If you respond, your rating, winnability choice, and any comment you choose to provide are sent with the related game information. The installation identifier is not an app account and this information is not used for advertising.
As with any internet service, Fortuisoft's web server and network providers may process connection information such as an IP address and request time in order to deliver requests, maintain security, and diagnose service problems.
The app uses Sentry and Apple's MetricKit to identify crashes, hangs, memory terminations, performance problems, and other technical failures. Diagnostic reports may include app and operating-system versions, device model, app-install or session identifiers, crash traces, memory and performance information, and limited diagnostic breadcrumbs describing navigation, game state, moves, hints, purchases, persistence, or other operations near an error. These reports are not intended to contain payment-card information or the content of email you send to us.

The Pro upgrade is processed by Apple. Fortuisoft does not receive your payment-card details. The app receives product, transaction, ownership, and entitlement information needed to deliver, restore, or revoke the Pro upgrade.

If you choose to email us from the app, your email provider sends the address, message, and attachments you choose to include. The app adds its version, selected game, Pro status, device model, and operating-system version to the email subject so we can support your request. We use that information to respond to you and support the app.
We share information only with service providers needed to operate the features described above, when you direct us to share it, or when required by law. We do not sell your personal information. On-device game data remains until you reset it or delete the app. Fortuisoft, Apple, and Sentry retain information according to operational and legal needs and their applicable policies.
Solitaire – No Ads! is not directed to children under 13, and Fortuisoft does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through an account or registration system. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can address it.
You can choose whether to answer a Klondike difficulty-feedback request and can select Stop asking me to disable future requests. This does not disable routine catalog, gameplay, or diagnostic information described above. You can reset available statistics or settings inside the app, choose whether to email us, or delete the app and its locally stored information.
We may update this policy when the app or its service providers change. The date above identifies the latest revision.
