This policy explains how Fortuisoft LLC handles information when you use the Real Gin Rummy app. The app does not require an account, display advertising, or use data for advertising or cross-app tracking. It is a card game and does not offer real-money wagering or prizes.
The app stores preferences and game information on your device, including settings and house rules, Pro entitlement status, current and saved game state, hands and scores, statistics, review and update history, and a locally generated identifier used to recognize a device during nearby two-player games. This information is used to run and restore the app. You can reset available game data, statistics, or settings inside the app, and you can remove locally stored information by deleting the app.
When you choose two-player mode, the app uses Apple's Multipeer Connectivity framework and your local-network permission to discover and connect directly with another nearby device. The devices exchange a device display name, a locally generated connection identifier, app and gameplay-protocol versions, game and hand identifiers, selected rules, cards, moves, scores, and connection-recovery messages needed to play and resume the game.
Two-player gameplay is exchanged directly between the participating devices rather than sent to a Fortuisoft game server. Limited connection and game-state details may also appear in diagnostic reports as described below.
The app uses Sentry to identify crashes and technical problems. Diagnostic reports may include app and operating-system versions, device model, session information, crash traces, and limited diagnostic breadcrumbs describing navigation, game state, card and hand events, purchases, persistence, or nearby-device connection and recovery operations near an error. Connection diagnostics may include technical game, hand, session, or peer identifiers and the device display names used for nearby play. These reports are not intended to contain payment-card information or the content of email you send to us.

The Pro upgrade is processed by Apple. Fortuisoft does not receive your payment-card details. The app receives product, transaction, ownership, entitlement, and delivery information needed to complete the purchase, restore or revoke Pro access, and prevent duplicate purchase delivery.

If you choose to email us from the app, your email provider sends the address, message, and attachments you choose to include. The app adds its version, Pro status, device platform or model, and operating-system version to the email subject so we can support your request. A diagnostic event may record whether the mail composer completed or was cancelled, together with that app-generated subject and technical app state, but not the message content. We use the information you send to respond to you and support the app.
We share information only with Apple and Sentry as needed for the features described above, with the other device you choose for a two-player game, when you direct us to share it, or when required by law. On-device information remains until you reset it or delete the app. Apple and Sentry retain information according to their operational and legal needs and their applicable policies.
Real Gin Rummy is not directed to children under 13, and Fortuisoft does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through an account or registration system. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can address it.
You can decline or change local-network permission in the Settings app; doing so prevents nearby two-player discovery but does not prevent one-player games. You can reset available game data, statistics, or settings inside the app, choose whether to email us or open an external link, or delete the app and its locally stored information. Because Real Gin Rummy has no advertising or cross-app tracking, it does not request App Tracking Transparency permission or provide advertising-consent controls.
We may update this policy when the app or its service providers change. The date above identifies the latest revision.
