TalkingAlarm Privacy Policy

Fortuisoft LLC provides TalkingAlarm without requiring an account. This policy describes information used by the app and its service providers.

App features

Alarm settings and personal content, including selected photos and recordings, are stored on your device. With your permission, TalkingAlarm accesses calendars, music, photos, microphone, HomeKit, notifications, and alarms to provide the features you choose. Precise location is used for weather and location-dependent HomeKit actions; weather and place-name requests send location to Apple. Apple services operate under Apple's Privacy Policy.

Advertising, purchases, and diagnostics

The app and its providers automatically receive the following information:

• Advertising: Google Mobile Ads and its partners collect device identifiers, IP-derived approximate location, ad and app interactions, and diagnostic and performance information to deliver and measure advertising, analyze its effectiveness, and prevent fraud. With the required permission, identifiers and advertising activity may be used for tracking and personalized ads. Google's consent service processes location, interaction, and performance information to manage privacy choices. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Purchases: Apple processes payments. RevenueCat receives an automatically generated app identifier and purchase, receipt, subscription, and entitlement information to manage Pro access, validate purchases, and provide purchase analytics. Fortuisoft does not receive payment-card details. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
• Diagnostics: Sentry receives crash reports, performance and device information, app activity, and technical reports to identify and resolve problems. Reports can include device-associated identifiers, approximate location inferred from IP address, and Pro purchase status. See Sentry's Privacy Policy.

Online content and support

Fortuisoft's web host and selected online-content providers, including YouTube, Open Trivia Database, and radio providers, receive IP addresses and request information when delivering content. Embedded media may also use identifiers, cookies, and viewing or listening activity to operate, measure, and support their services and advertising, subject to their privacy policies.

If you contact support, we receive the email address, message, and attachments you send. The app adds technical information and Pro status to the subject and may report the mail action and generated subject to Sentry, but not your message body. Diagnostic logs are shared with the destination you select.

Sharing, retention, and choices

Information is shared with the providers described above to perform these services, when you request sharing, or as required by law. We require service providers handling information for us to provide protection consistent with this policy and Apple's requirements.

Information is retained as needed to provide the services, resolve problems, and meet legal obligations. Local information can be removed through available app controls or by deleting the app; deleting the app does not delete information already held by service providers.

You can change feature and Tracking permissions in Apple Settings, use advertising privacy choices where offered, and choose whether to use online content or share support information. Pro removes the app's banner ads. To request deletion of information we hold or assistance withdrawing consent, contact support@fortuisoft.com.
